|First Appearance||The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: A VeggieTales Movie|
|Voice Actor||Yuri Lowenthal|
At the beginning of the film Prince Alexander's ship, the Steadfast, was attacked by Robert the Terrible, his pirate uncle. Unfortunately, Alexander and his crew were defeated, and their ship taken by the pirates.
Robert, who planned to ambush Alexander's father and take over Monterria, tried to find out the King's location through Alexander, but took him as prisoner after the Prince refuses to tell. However, Alexander's sister, Eloise, and her butler Willory were hiding in the captain's quarters of the ship under Robert's nose. Shortly after Alexander's imprisonment, Eloise activated the Helpseeker, a device invented by the King to bring heroes to save them.
Later, Alexander is still a prisoner to Robert, threatening to kill him and his sister if he didn't tell the location of his father. But the Helpseeker's heroes free Alexander and they escape from the pirates' fortress on a dinghy boat. Before Robert could catch them, the King arrives with his crew at the fortress. They defeat the pirates and save the heroes.
Alexander was present shortly afterwards on his father's ship during the medal ceremony for the three heroes and their departure. He also appears in the music video shown after the credits, "Rock Monster."
Alexander is a teenaged green leek. He has long blonde hair that is tied in a ponytail. He wears a white tunic, blue trousers and red cloth belt.
Alexander is brave of heart, honest of deed and true to his word. He cares for his father and his sister very much, and they him, his kidnapping upsetting Eloise very much. He is a very loyal prince, not giving away the location of his sister or father to Robert the Terrible.
- Alexander is described as the VeggieTales version of William Turner (played by Orlando Bloom) from Disney's The Pirates of the Carribbean.
- According to his trading card, Alexander gained a reputation as a prankster on the set, most notably for replacing Larry's hair gel with toothpaste. His favorite part of making the movie was stunt training and sniffing stink bugs in the park with Larry (reference to a verse in the Silly Song The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything).
